Estimated Arrival Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

*Production time clock starts when we get order payment and all order details get confirmed. Any requirement changes during the production time would prolong the process and bring extra cost.

Production Time

All dresses (except for some items showing “in stock” label) are made to order, whether standard size or custom fit. The processing time of dresses without “in stock” label is listed as follows.

All products labeled with Made-to-Order, whether standard size or custom fit, are only made after getting payment. Production time depends on product complexity. The details are listed as follows.

Shipping Time

We are cooperating with DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT, ARMX, CNEXPS, DPD, DPEX, EMS, etc. We always use the most appropriate shipping method that can be tracked online, but the exact delivery company is random by country and shipping method you choose. Here are our shipping methods for your reference.

Economic Shipping	15 – 30 days (Only available for orders under 1kg)
Standard Shipping	7 – 10 working days
Expedited Shipping	3 – 5 working days

For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method’s expected delivery time. If you are not sure whether your location is remote, please contact us to check it.

> Customs Duty

In consideration of our customers’ benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We can’t guarantee no tax fee and will not pay for any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.

Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

After a commodity has been shipped, we will send the “logistics waybill number” to your mailbox. You may also log in to “My Order” to check the logistics waybill number, and enquire about the distribution progress based on this number.
