At Our shop, it is our pleasure to serve you. If for the dress dont fitting or other problem,you wish to return your order, we will gladly extend our generous refund guarantee and your return must be received by us within 15 days. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please Request Return by email us. Upon receipt of your request, we will e-mail you an approved return confirmation along with return instructions and a return address.
1.All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and loss (shipment fees, etc.)
2.The return procedure (including placing the return request and sending back return items,exchange) needs to be completed within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse
3.All returned items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified return(s)/ exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
4.We will replace the new product for you if any damaged/ incorrect items are received; however, please leave the product in its original packaging.
5.All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.it will be charged full shipping rates on all exchanges.
6.Returned items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to a 50% repackaging fee.
7.The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fee if the shipment has been refused, the purchaser has given us a wrong address, or if the purchaser has not signed for receiving shipment. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information. If you do not wish your order to be returned to you, we will treat your returned parcel as a return order and any charge/credit/restriction will be applied to our return policy.
8.Many of the items we sell have a Special Return Policy and certain products are subject to a re-stocking fee. Please view the Special Return Policy below to find out if items you purchased are affected.
9.All of our gowns are custom made to order. This means that they are not mass produced and each gown is unique. Although we uses the same pattern for each gown there may be slight variations from gown to gown such as beadwork, embellishments, lace patterns etc, this is due to we supplies at the time, slight variations do not warrant a return or refund.
1.For your protection, we suggest that you carefully pack the return parcel and return it to us by a carrier(Please use the USPS Registered Mail,we dont accept any return via other carries:TNT,DHL,FEDEX,UPS) that offers parcel tracking information (USPS Registered Mail). Our shop is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
2.Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the merchandise. All returned items will be examined once received and you will be informed by email if your return has qualified you for credit or a replacement.
3.Credit card companies vary in the time they take to reflect a credit to your account or monthly statement. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Our shop reserves the right to change all return policy without further notice. Should there be any disputes on the order, Our shop's decision shall be final.
